Kraig Albert Trebesch was born on August 23, 1962, to Frank and Eleanor (Goerish) Trebesch in Springfield, MN. During high school he was involved in the Special Olympic Games and won many awards. Kraig was chosen to be on the International Olympic Softball team. After graduating from Wabasso Public Schools, Kraig moved to Redwood Falls. He was employed at many places through the SEI programs in Redwood Falls. Kraig enjoyed many sports, loved to go camping, fishing and boating with his family, and loved to swim and dance. He was a very compassionate person and never wanted to see anyone argue, fight, or be sad. As a youngster, Kraig always picked out the good guys - Spiderman, Superman, Batman, and eventually "The Rock" and John Cena as he loved to watch wrestling. Kraig died on Friday, December 24, 2021, at his home in Redwood Falls, MN, at the age of 59. He is survived by his parents - Frank and Eleanor; siblings - Kay (Kevin) Moulder of Jeffers, Karla (Dennis) Rothmeier of Redwood Falls, and Kevin (Donitta) Trebesch of Sleepy Eye; nieces and nephews - Kandi (Allen) Cornford, Kody Moulder, Justin Rothmeier, Karissa (Elijah) Rude, Kyndra (Keith) Meyer, Kyle Rothmeier, Kory (Nikki) Trebesch, and Kollin (Tessla) Trebesch; great nieces and nephews; housemates Steve, John, Tom, and head of the house Scott; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Kraig was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents, several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
