Obituary of Mike Tesrow

Mike Leo Tesrow was born on May 28, 1964 in Simmern, Germany the son of James & Renate (Wansel) Tesrow. He grew up in the following places, Germany, South Carolina, Phillipines and Illinois. Mike graduated in 1983 from Fischer, IL Public High School. After his graduation, Mike served in the National Guard in IL & MN for six years. Mike worked at Anderson Processing in Sleepy Eye as a dryer operator, Haala Industries as a welder, in Prior Lake as an independant flooring installer and for Colman Manufacturing as a welder. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, playing guitar & harmonica, watching football and shooting pool with is friends in his free time. Survivors include his mother, Renate Tesrow of Sleepy Eye, step-mother, Sharon Tesrow of Sleepy Eye, sisters, Kathie (Robin) Hoffman and family of Sleepy Eye, Cindy Roberts and family from Loveland, CO, step-sister, Rachel (Carl) Hoffman of New Ulm, step-brother, Scott Meyer of Sleepy Eye and many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles in Germany and the USA. He is also survived by his grandmother, Mildred Tesrow of Fairfax and Margarete Wansel of Germany. He was preceded in death by his father, James F. Tesrow, grandfathers, James E. Tesrow and Leo Wansel.
