Our deepest condolences to Ella and our cousins, Deb, Dennis, Connie, Russell and John. Jim was always a favorite uncle of mine - very charismatic and easy to talk to. A farmer of faith. I have many fun childhood memories of the Derickson homestead when my family would visit on a Sunday afternoon; and Jim's family would come to Windom for the Cottonwood County Fair to show 4-H animals and projects. In later years, I always thought it was cool to go deer hunting on the Derickson farm. I liked that our families kept in touch.
May the Father of compassion and God of all comforts ease the pain of mourning for your family.
